hi
the person who managed ourselves is gone, without leaving any instructions about how to manage them...

we are dismissing our services as mantainer/provider.
this is the situation:
1- ex-customer "A" already got hold of his domain and trasferred it to another manteiner.
2- B is a customer who still has e-mail accounts on our server
2- I've deleted all ex-customer "A" e-mail accounts from Security -> Users
3- If A tries to send an e-mail to B (and vice-versa), he will get this error message back via e-mail: "Sorry, but your email didn't reach one or more recipients."

what do I need to do to fix this problem? Somebody told me I have to completely remove A's domain from the server... how do I do that on Sambar Server?
Is there anything else I need to do?

thanks in advance

Yes,
there are several steps you have to do. You are just talking about the mail server. To remove the virtual host for http is another step.

To remove the domain from the mailserver do the following steps:
1. Login to admin area
2. go to Mail > configure
3. scroll down to MTA
4. remove the domain in the domains section
5. restart sambar. (you will get a notice)

Now customer B will reach ex-customer A

Customer A should reach customer B regardless.

To remove the vhost form the http server do:
1. go to admin area
2. go to servers > vhosts/revers proxy
3. scroll to the vhost and delete
4. you *can* delete the vhost folder in the directory where it resides

No restart of sambar needed

As the domain is transferred to another maintainer no additional steps (DNS) needed.
