I made mod_xsendfile for Apache 2.2 available here at the apache lounge.
mod_xsendfile is a Apache2 module that processes X-SENDFILE headers registered by the original output handler. More info at http://celebnamer.celebworld.ws/stuff/mod_xsendfile/
