I'm using mod_pagespeed and noticed that it creates random file names like:

A.media,,_jui,,_css,,_bootstrap.min.css+media,,_jui,,_css,,_bootstrap-responsive.min.css+media,,_jui,,_css,,_bootstrap-extended.css+plugins,,_system,,_jsntplframework,,_assets,,_3rd-party,,_bootstrap,,_css,,_bootstrap-frontend.min.css+plugins,,_system,,_jsntplframework,,_assets,,_3rd-party,,_bootstrap,,_css,,_bootstrap-responsive-frontend.min.css,Mcc.ZBKBxUhzWw.css.pagespeed.cf.GPMt5yjJIW.css

Is it possible to disable this, so that the file names don't change on each request? This would allow the browser to cache these files and also allow the CDN to cache them.

Seems to be caused by in_place_optimize_for_browser filter.
