Hello,
This is probably a simple mis-configuration on my part.
My company connects a database to an Apache server using a cgi-bin program from the database vendor.
On a new server, with the latest Apache version, we get this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/cgiip.exe/WService=webmessaging/webmessaging.html on this server
++++++++++++++++++++++++
We have been able to get this to work with earlier 2.4 versions.
Any suggestions?
