I am using windows 7 SP1 and with latest C++ Redistributable Visual Studio 2017 installed on my machine but while extracting the Zip file it's showing 2 errors,

"C:\Users\Soni\Downloads\httpd-2.4.27-Win32-VC15.zip:Cannot create C:\ReadMe.txt A required privilege is not held by the client."

&

"C:\Users\Soni\Downloads\httpd-2.4.27-Win32-VC15.zip:Cannot create C:\--Win32VC15-- A required privilege is not held by the client."

Which extract program you are using ?

looks like you extract to c:\ and/or C:\--Win32VC15.

You must extract to c:\Apache24"

Maybe you can try to run your Zip program as Administrator.
