Sorry, its my first time setting up an apache server. I know that this message means theres another process using the port, so I checked the PID with netstat -ano. However, the PID it led me to was the System process... so I have no idea what to do. Any help?

That means there is another program listen on Port 80. Please see this Topic:

run netstat -ab in dos....it will show any programs hogging the :80 port
