Today I realized that not all 2.2 modules at www.apachelounge.com/download/ were build with Visual Studio® 2005 Service Pack 1.
I had some spare time, so now all the 2.2 modules are build with Visual Studio® 2005 Service Pack 1 and I cleaned up some docu.
I removed mod_watch, because the author does not support it anymore for some years.
Btw. I did not updated the 2.0 mods, on request I shall build it with Visual Studio® 2005 Service Pack 1.
