hi bilalrj
Wats the exact problem it dont start at all or, it crashes.
Have u checked the Services, it might disabled. So check that plz.
I think i got same problem and i check the service, i made to manual or automatic. But if u made it automatic then it wil load in RAM so it might take up RAM so just make to manual. Hope its the problem else tell wat the error, i might be wrong as well. And its crashing then the problem might be different. check into error log file. This is just my gussing for operation failed problem.
Sorry if i m wrong.
bye

Hi bilalrj
Wat i feel is when u installed apache that time u selected which modules to installed for supporting the server. i feel u did select all or these modules are selected, when u see run the script 1st time with phpinfo(), again check that and see these modules are supporting or nt. if then problem is different. If they are there then either u uninstalled apache and reconfigure it just by selecting mysql and mysqli support or other modules support which ever u want.
Or other way is u go to httd.ini. check whether the modules are added related to this perl,nt and other one or if they are enable then disabled it . That might be causing proble. See i m also new to this not very technical knowledge so i might be wrong, so just try this things. Another thing is as r u using skype software as skype and apache use same port that port 80. so when ur using apache u wil have to stop skype. Try that thing or i have made a post how to configure apache with php and mysql check that, hope u might get ur answer in that.
this is all trial, i m new so just try. These thing Before installing apache just read my post first and then remove or configure ur apache again.
Sorry if i cause u trouble
