Problem: I went to enable openSSL with PHP. I then got a zillion error lines:
Quote:
An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. : Child 3752: Encountered too many errors accepting client connections. Possible causes: dynamic address renewal, or incompatible VPN or firewall software. Try using the Win32DisableAcceptEx directive.

After doing the research, I disabled my free avg.com virus checker (ver. 8.5.392) on my PC (Vista OS) and the problem went away.

Configuration: Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i PHP/5.2.9

FYI
