I used to use fusionxlan's binaries, but they apparently disappeared (?) and didn't support PHP 5.3. About a year ago I started compiling my own x64 version of PHP linked against blackdot's apache builds. I haven't been keeping it up to date anymore since I don't do as much PHP work as I used to. The last version I built was 5.3.2.

The downloads can be found here if anyone is interested. I also wrote up a pretty detailed post on how to compile PHP using VC9 should you be crazy enough to attempt it yourself.

Hopefully that helps someone. The only guarantee I'll make is that it works on my Windows 7 Professional box :).
