Hello.
Just wanted to say thanks for the Windows binaries as apparently Apache.org doesn't make Windows versions anymore(?). I downloaded httpd-2.2.23-win32-VC9.zip from here to go with php-5.3.18-Win32-VC9-x86.zip to match what my webhost has. They just now upgraded to PHP 5.3.17 from PHP 5.2.(something).
After a bit of hassle I did finally get it working from both the command line and as a Windows Service (it was crashing when used as a service). I got it working between the time I registered for the account here and when it got activated LOL.
