I am running Apache on a VM on my home LAN. I have apache running and it responds to requests on the local VM machine when I browse to the local host. However I can not get it to respond to other machines on my LAN via IP address. I have it set to listen to the correct private IP address but I still can not browse to the server from another machine on my network. Any tips? Please let me know what parts of the httpd.conf files you would like me to paste into the thread.

Check if you have bridged network mode, not NAT. Also check the firewall of the OS. In doubt disable the firewall for testing.
