Apache 2.2.24 Win64 Release Candidate is now available here at the download pages.
Edit: 25 Feb 2013, it is released as GA

Btw.
The binaries are also tested with Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.

The 5 binding +1s and no -1 means GA.
Shall wait to make available with the rest 2.2.24. Added Release candidate in the subject of this post.
