To see the manual which is included in the .zip's from here:

See in \conf\extra\httpd-manual.conf to configure to view the manual.

Steffen:

Since it is snowing like crazy here in Denver, I decided to sit down and read the manual to learn about some more features in Apache 2.4.x. I will take a look at the http-manual.conf and let you know if I encounter any issues.

Once again, thanks for the Windows build of Apache 2.4.x.

Yay! Made a quick change in httpd.conf to turn it on and made a quick change in /conf/extra/htp-manual.conf to point to the location of the manual, and Voila, I can now access the manual.
