Build 2.4.6 and modules with Visual Studio® 2012 Update 3 aka VC11 and quite some dependencies are updated to the latest.
Build with the same httpd/modules and dependencies sources as the VC10 version, except see changes below.
A VC11 binary loads VC10 and VC9 modules.
Minimum system required:
Windows 7 SP1
Windows 8 / 8.1
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
Windows Server 2012 / R2
Windows Vista SP2
So, no XP and 2003.

Download : VC11 Binaries & Modules
Do not forget to use the latest Update 3 Visual C++ Redistributable from : VC11 Update 3 vcredist_x64/86.

Win32 VC11 also now available.
Be sure you get the Update 3 Visual C++ Redistributable from : VC11 Update 3 vcredist_x64/86.
