Greetings,

Currently I have a problem with Apache, which is hosted Moodle.

Every so often, sometimes every hour, sometimes every day stops working and displays error in the application eds-httpd.exe specifically with module php5ts.dll

We are working with Windows Server 2012 on easyphp 14.1.

I appreciate if you can help me to solve this problem.

I think one of the PHP extensions is faulty. You can try to disable all not needed extensions in php.ini

Sometimes even that doesn't help. That is why many of the apache lounge users use mod_fcgid for PHP so apache doesn't crash when PHP crashes
