Anyone can help us

We are using Windows server 2008 with Apache 2.2.17, PHP 5.2.10 with mod_fcgid.

We are getting libaprutil-1.dll faulty module name

Here is the log messages

faultING not faultY, there is a difference.

This could be from any number of things, but I think it's time you upgraded your version of both Apache (to 2.2.22) and mod_fcgid (to 2.3.7) anyway. PHP as well.

Both these version you are running have known bugs and/or vulnerabilities, the worst being 2.2.17 is susceptible to the range header attack which can bring down the entire machine.
