Version 3.1.4 is now available at the download page.


30 march 2013 : Updated to 3.1.4, build against libxml2 2.9.0


Changes with 3.1.4:

- Fix bug with parsed comments getting lost: flush immediately

mod_proxy_html and mod_xml2enc are adopted by the ASF, now standard included in the Apache 2.4 builds.
