In this build APR and OpenSSL are upgraded to the latest versions, no other changes to the source.
Apache 2.2.9b with apr-1.3.3 apr-util-1.3.4 apr-iconv-1.2.1 openssl-0.9.8i+asm zlib-1.2.3+asm
Download removed, newer version available

Most significant change is that it includes as default official now apr_dbd_odbc-1.dll (contributed by Tom). In the next release (2.2.10 ?) it is also part of the ASF distribution.
DBD ODBC driver - apr_dbd_odbc-1.dll
Authentication through an ODBC driver for MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, IBM-DB2, , Informix, Sybase, SQLServer, MS Access, Foxpro, etc
