Hi,

I have a question about the following configuration:

1. Same server, single copy of Apache
2. Same hostname available to 2 different IP addresses

Our QAs would like to be able to test different builds simultaneously on the same machine using just "hosts" to change between environments / builds.

So, is this possible? If so, are there any pitfalls to watch our for? Any stories or experience would be appreciated.

Cheers,

You can use IP based vhosts.

What does that mean? Only different files or different PHP / apache or something else?
