Hi I just installed apache 2.2.4 and the server says its running, but when I type localhost or 127.0.0.1 it just says problem to connect. I thought maybe avast was blocking but i turned it off and it still doesnt work. I restarted de server and still it doesnt work.
Any tips... or help?? |

What do you want to do with the server? Put your files in the htdocs folder. |

For some reason the port was on 8080 and not 80 as it normally is no default installation.
Pretty weird, but its working now.
Thanks for the help.
Im gonna use Joomla, lets see how well apache responds. |

If you install apache msi from apache.org and not want to run it as service, it will be set to port 8080 |
