As the title say - I installed the binaries for apache x64 but when I start apache, my processor stays at 100%, the server is not responding anyway.
It's a amd turion processor on a laptop.
I appreciate any hints you might have.

Which version of apache? Where did you download it? Which Windows do you use? Any scripting language? Anything in the error log? Anything in the windows event log? Did you install apache as service?

I've installed it from here:

I am using windows 64 professional, nothing else installed just apache, I installed it as a service, I can't check the error logs now as I am on a different pc but I will check soon |
