I'm running Apache 2.2 on Windows Server 2003. Currently phpinfo says

Now, 0.9.8g is the latest version and I've downloaded and installed it from here:
http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
But phpinfo still says I have the older version installed. |

That is the openssl where is php build with.
