It is required to take client IP (REMOTE_ADDR) and to find a corresponding country, adding to the server's environment two additional variables (for example SXGEO_COUNTRY and SXGEO_NUM).
It will be faster than PHP-analog http://sypex.net/ru/products/geo (but DB will be taken from there)
It will be faster than http://www.maxmind.com/app/mod_geoip with non indexed DB.
Required to create minimum framework with entry point on C/C++. DB search i will write myself (I know C++, but not Apache)
$50-$100 depends on documented level of the solution.
System *nix, Apache 2.x. Desired to have the possibility to compile the module under Windows.
