I need libmysql with utf8 support for Windows in a php install for 5.3.6 but I can't seem to find any info on how you actually compile it.

Any help please?

Oh, it seems like it won't be needed for 5.3.x at all. =D

AFAIK PHP 5.3 uses mysqlnd and there is no need for that libmysql. if you want to compile php by yourself take a look at https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild

Why do you think that it doesn't support UTF-8?
