util_script.c is part of Apache's core and not mod_cgi so this proposed change would not show up with just a new module. What is needed is a changed core (libhttpd.dll).
If you have a bugzilla account at Apache you can get the email address he used in his word-for-word post on this bug report. But like I said, mod_cgi is not the problem here.
Edit: I've made the change in trunk (r1705217) and will let it sit there for a week. If there's no objection by then I'll propose it for 2.4.
This probably will not make it by 2.4.17. Also, I have no plans to propose this for 2.2. |
