I've just installed update 2779768 on my windows server 2012 machine and ever since Apache no longer starts up correctly.
I get the error:
AH00072L make_sock could not bind to ip address 46.249.47.12:80
No listening sockets available, shutting down. |

Installed it here, no issue.
Sure nothing else is listening on port 80, or a still running http process ? |

Hmm, I tried putting it on a different IP which didn't help either.
I've even tried uninstalling these updates but that didn't help.
any way of checking out what's running on port 80?
It seems like NT Kernel & System is using port 80...
Looks like it has something to do with smarter mail and the new updates.
