|
|
Build with Visual Studio® 2012 Update 3 aka VC11. Which has optimizations, improvements and fixes over VC10 in areas like C++, Performance, Memory Management and Stability. And makes more use of latest processors and internal features of win7, win8, 2012 and 2008.
Build with the same sources httpd/modules and dependencies as the VC10 version.
A VC11 binary loads VC10 and VC9 modules.
Supported Windows Operating System: 7 SP1, Vista SP2, Server 2008 SP2 / R2 SP1, 8 / 8.1, Server 2012 / R2, 10, Server 2016.
So, no XP and 2003.

Enjoy,
Steffen

Feels the same compared to VC10, runs great till now, report later when AL is it running for a few weeks.
Edit:
The Apache Lounge (Server 2012) is running now for almost 4 weeks the VC11 Win64 version with VC11 and VC10 modules.
No issues seen. Also no issues reported from other users.

Steffen,
The VC11 Mod_Security Module is reporting as Mod_Security 2.71, not 2.72.

Just added to the zip mod_security with pcre JIT (Just-in-Time optimization) enabled.
Mod_security does a lot regex, JIT improves regex performance.
Replace pcre.dll and mod_security.so, see Readme in the folder mod_security-2.7.2 JIT enabled
