hi all,

installed apache 2.2.3 the other day, then installed and configed PHP 5.1.4 (only figured out how to do it today!) i downloaded the VC++ extension and the php5apache2.dll file from here.

i have the load module and phpint and add all placed into the httpd.conf and i used this tut to conifg my php.ini file.

i stopped my server and now have restarted it to find that i am getting an error message!

error message:
Quote:
httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 115 of C:/Program files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: cannot load C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/PHP5/php5apace3.dll into server: the specified procedure cannot be found.

alas, i am an absolute beginner when it comes to apache and the like, so putting things in laymans terms would be very much appriciated Very Happy.

cheers.

Look at your error message, there is php5apace3.dll. A typo ? Must be php5apache2.dll. For a good how-to see: www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?t=570
