Any help will be appreciated. Did i am missing any supporting package for 2.4.27 ?. Could you please help here to fix the issues.

Facing some more issues....

Team Please help me. I was unable to proceed further.
Do we need download additional packages? for the bellow error.
mod_lua.h(44): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'lua.h'
I dint get any clues friends. Help me to proceed further.
