OpenSSL was updated yesterday to 3.0.3 and 1.1.1o:

Word of warning: I did an in place update on a CentOS system without recompiling PHP. Apparently something in the API of OpenSSL 1.1.1 was changed, because I got a error 500 when PHP 7.4 tried to use the Limesurvey RPC2:
