hello
I have httpd-2.4.51-win64-VS16 installed my windows 10, I also have PHP 7.4 running along with apache..
the problem is I need to install cms where it only runs on PHP version 5.x
my apologies if i post thread in the wrong forum ..i followed tutorial on this article but I keep getting

everytime I restarted my apache
