hi!
my apache uses openssl 3.1.3
and my php uses openssl 3.0.12
php is running is fcgi mode
is this considered safe to use?
so far everything appears to be working normally and i dont have any php or apache warnings/errors in my log files.

Yes that is safe as far as the servers are. The most issues come with the deployed PHP scripts Wink
