Hello,
I am trying to do a simple web page through a dynamic dns and apache is not responding.
It seems to me all is right, I don't understand what is happening. Can please someone help me ?

For me, your site doesn't appear to be reachable over the Internet.
I've tried from here in the UK (using tracetcp to port 80), as well as a number of internet hosted standard traceroute utilities. All come back with connection timeout, e.g.
