That is for 2015-2022 and not the official MS site.

2022 is not released, so not advised to use this.

I would like to add:
The VC Redist 2015-2019 (VC16) branch is closed and will not be further developed. It is replaced by the VC Redist 2015-2022 (VC17) branch as shown in the 17 of the above mentioned links.
