the following error messages shows "/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_security2.so into server: The specified module could not be found."
comment out the module, the apache start |

you are right.
to start mod_security need to include these three dlls
brotlicommon.dll
brotlidec.dll
brotlienc.dll |
