Where would I add ip's that I would like to ban from being able to access my site?

no need for mod_security for that ...
Order Allow,Deny
Allow from all
deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
that will 403 them .. use a Rewrite if you want to send them off to somewhere else. |
