Thank you for your reply. How do I " reverse proxy" on the windows xp machine? Which files I need to modify? I am planning shutdown this windows xp machine running OTRS for ever. I do not want all the user to delete shortcut from their desktop and retype the address. Also I have to prepare a long documents and distribute to all 600 users. I am trying to avoid this.

It is not worse. There are a lot of examples in the forum. Just use the search and take a look at http://www.apachetutor.org/admin/reverseproxies
