A new PHP release 5.1.4 is now available to address some critical issues in PHP 5.1.3.
I updated the Apache 2.2 handler at the download page.

I have downloaded all and carried out the instructions you gave, and now all is working well - Apache 2.2.2, PhP 5.1.4 and MySql 5.0.21

Glad to hear that you have all running and that the instructions are ok.
Thanks for the feedback.
Btw. I received a note from the PHP-team that in the upcoming 5.2.0 they include the 2.2 handler. In the meantime they recommend to download the handler from here.
