i have disabled:
#LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
but i have again log in ssl_request.log
Do it is normal? |

Look if you have somewhere in your conf a custom log in place, for example:
CustomLog "c:/Apache24/logs/ssl_request.log" \
"%t %h %{SSL_PROTOCOL}x %{SSL_CIPHER}x \"%r\" %b" |
