Hello guys,

This is the only post I found where he talks about this topic, well, I'm using wampserver with PHP 5.4.16 and I need to find the php_apc.dll and php_intl.dll files for this version. Then links that is posted here are broken and I was watching in the web and I couldn't find this files.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I delete the older versions from my dropbox account, partly because of space limitations and in part also because newer PHP versions have security fixes.

Try php_intl.dll from php 5.4.20:
http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/

And use php_apc.dll from my newer builds or from
http://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/releases/apc/
The 3.1.13 release is probably the best because 3.1.14 was withdrawn afterwards.
