Hey all,

I'd like to modify my httpd.conf or the httpd-autoindex.conf to change the limit of characters that're displayed on the auto-generated indexes.

Hopefully that makes sense... but i'll try to explain a bit more.

When you visit a directory and it lists the files within, with their icons and such... my filenames are cut.

Test_Document..>
Text_ppt_pdf_o..>
Image_file_with..>

Looks something like the above.

Anyone know how? Thanks.

The NameWidth keyword allows you to specify the width of the filename column in bytes.

See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_autoindex.html#indexoptions .
