I'm currently using PHP 7.0.17 X64 NTS from http://windows.php.net/
It has CURL version 7.51.0, but HTTP2 is disabled according to PHP's info page. Is it possible to enable HTTP2?

Also is it possible to update CURL with the official binaries?

See https://github.com/winlibs/cURL/issues/5
It will be there, eventually. Maybe in 7.0.18.
