Something very odd
An apache 2.4 running as a service no errors. however is it not listening to any address (checked with netstat) and not responding to any requests
No errors in error.log
If I run it from command line works OK
If I run it as a service with a the log on as administrative user it is NOT working
Important it was running fine until several days ago
What can be the reason for such a behavior ? |
