Hi,
i have installed apache 2.2.22 for windows.
Connected sites to cloudflare, but instead of real ip users I see ip cloudflare
I installed the mod_cloudflare-1.0.2 module from this topic https://www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?t=3876
But the module is probably outdated and I often get errors when working with it.

What other modules are there for apache 2.2 to get real ip?

Mod_cloudflare hasn't beeen updated in over 2 years see https://github.com/cloudflare/mod_cloudflare
Also note that Apache 2.2 is outdated and you should use 2.4.x

For 2.4 there are newer build of that module https://www.apachehaus.net/modules/mod_cloudflare/

Perhaps there are some other working modules for determining the real ip through a cloudflare for Apache 2.2?

Well you can modify the log config and use the headers from cloudflare see https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170986-How-does-Cloudflare-handle-HTTP-Request-headers-
