Apache Cannot server WebPages

Hello,

I am running apache on Ubuntu Server 18.04 on AWS EC2. I installed Apache on the server. but now when I type the IP address/domain in the URL bar, it just displays :
Cannot get /
with the title of the page as: "Error"

I even tried to disable the default Virtual host file and create a new file of the domain. But still it gives the same error and refuses to serve any webpage.

Can anyone please check why is this a weird behaviour happening.

Thanks
Dharmil
