Here at ApacheLounge we follow the VC versions which also suports current PHP releases at https://windows.php.net/download/
PHP 7.4 is End Of life on 28 Nov 2022 , see https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php
PHP 7.4 is build with VC14, so we can drop ??
You can upgrade to VS16/VS17 without issues, it is advised. So enough time to upgrade.
Planning the last VC15 Apache Release is around 28 Nov 2022.
