I'm trying to use Rukovoditel on a local PC, at least before I try and put it onto a server, but I keep getting errors with Apache. SQL runs just fine, but Apache keeps crashing with an Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly. This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies(...etcetera.)
Oddly, vanilla XAMPP runs just fine (as far as I can tell), the version that comes with Rukovoditel is the only one having issues.
Here's the error log: https://apaste.info/p4HC
Software in question: https://docs.rukovoditel.net/index.php?p=5 |

Anything in the Apache error log? Anything in the Windows event log?
Is there any other or previous installation of apache running? or IIS?
Also at the end of your MariaDB log: Unknown/unsupported storage engine: InnoDB. There is something broken with that. |
