Hello,

I'm wondering why the latest apache (Apache 2.4.62-240904 Win64) doesn't come with OpenSSL 3.3.x? Is there an issue with compatibility ?

I understand there is a way to update the OpenSSL manually to 3.3.x but I'm not sure if there would be any issues with Apache or PHP 8.2.x which is what I'm using.

The latest release from Apache Lounge is version 3.5.1 see https://www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?t=9403
