Recently I found that there are many "ApacheBench/2.0.40-dev" in my server log and I think someone is using my server as a tester. Can anyone write a modsecurity rule for me that can deny this kind of request?

I am using modSec 2.1.0 for apache 2.2.4

You could use a deny if it is allways the same IP.
